1. What BestFunnyVideo Is Today
BestFunnyVideo.com is a curated funny video website. At this stage, we are not a television program, contest producer, prize sponsor or talent agency. Our goal is to organize funny short videos, user submissions and publicly shared clips into clear categories, tags and collection pages for viewers.
2. Submitting a Video
BestFunnyVideo has two different submission paths: original video submissions and public video idea suggestions. These paths are intentionally separate.
Original video submissions are for clips you own or are authorized to submit. Short videos are preferred, ideally under 60 seconds. You may send an original file, Google Drive link, Dropbox link, WeTransfer link, email download link, or a future BestFunnyVideo upload portal link.
Video idea suggestions are for public URLs such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or creator pages. These links are accepted only as discovery leads and inspiration. A public URL does not give BestFunnyVideo permission to download, rehost, edit or republish the video.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline, delay, edit metadata for, categorize or remove a submission at our discretion.

3. Rights You Must Have
By submitting original video material, you confirm that you are the creator, owner, authorized representative or otherwise have permission to submit and share the video. You also confirm that the video does not knowingly violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or other third-party rights.
If other people appear in the original video, you are responsible for having any permissions required to submit the video for online publication.
If you only submit a public URL as an idea suggestion, do not represent that third-party content as your own. We may use the link to understand trends, creators and topics, but not as proof of publishing rights.
4. Permission You Give Us
When you submit original video material, you grant BestFunnyVideo.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, host, embed, display, categorize, tag, promote and create preview materials for the submitted content on BestFunnyVideo.com and related social channels.
You keep whatever rights you already own. This permission allows us to operate the website, create collection pages, show thumbnails, write titles and descriptions, and publish approved original submissions.
When you submit a public URL as a video idea, you only allow us to review the link as a lead. That path does not grant us publishing rights to the third-party video.
5. Content We May Reject
- Content that appears copied from another creator without permission.
- Public URLs submitted as if they were original owned material.
- Content with copyrighted music, TV footage, movie footage or sports footage without clear rights.
- Content that exploits minors, invades privacy or shows unsafe conduct in a harmful way.
- Sexual, hateful, violent, deceptive, illegal or malware-related content.
- Low-quality submissions that do not fit the BestFunnyVideo categories.
6. Copyright or Ownership Concerns
If you believe a video on BestFunnyVideo.com uses your copyrighted work, personal content, brand, image or other rights without permission, contact us and include the page URL, the original source if available, and your relationship to the content.
We will review ownership and rights complaints in good faith. When appropriate, we may remove, disable, replace, credit, update or restrict access to disputed content while we investigate.
Formal copyright claims should follow our DMCA Policy.
7. Review and Takedown Process
We try to respond quickly to clear rights complaints. Some cases may require more information, such as proof of ownership, a source link, creator identity, or confirmation that the claimant is authorized to act for the rights holder.
BestFunnyVideo.com may remove content even before a formal DMCA notice if we believe there is a credible rights, safety or privacy concern.
8. Future Direction
Our long-term direction is to build a cleaner user-submission pipeline for funny videos, including better rights checks, creator attribution, category review and direct contributor communication. These guidelines may be updated as the platform grows.
